ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a confident and motivated Business Development Executive to join our advertising agency. The role involves building client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and supporting the growth of our advertising, production, and digital marketing services.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Identify and develop new business opportunities
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Understand client requirements and coordinate with the creative team
Present and promote our advertising, production, and digital marketing services
Generate leads through networking, research, referrals, and outreach
Prepare and follow up on proposals and quotations
Conduct client meetings and presentations
Follow up with prospective and existing clients
Maintain records of leads, prospects, and client interactions
Achieve business development and sales targets

REQUIREMENTS

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong client relationship management skills
Passion for marketing and advertising
Good negotiation and presentation skills
Confident and proactive approach
Ability to understand client needs and provide suitable solutions
Willingness to travel for client meetings when required
Freshers with strong communication skills and an interest in advertising can also apply
