About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and organised Client Account Manager to manage client relationships, coordinate digital marketing activities, and ensure the smooth execution of client projects. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of digital marketing, and the ability to manage multiple client accounts while maintaining high standards of service.

Key Responsibilities

- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and maintain strong professional relationships.
- Understand client requirements, business goals, and marketing objectives.
- Coordinate with internal teams, including social media, SEO, content, design, and performance marketing teams.
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor the execution of monthly social media content calendars and digital marketing activities.
- Follow up with clients for content approvals, feedback, references, and required information.
- Ensure all deliverables are completed within agreed timelines.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to clients.
- Prepare and share monthly performance reports, campaign updates, and project status reports.
- Identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction and grow existing accounts.
- Handle client queries, feedback, and concerns professionally.
- Ensure clear communication between clients and internal teams to avoid delays or misunderstandings.
- Participate in client meetings and prepare meeting notes and action points.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in client servicing, account management, or digital marketing.
- Basic to good understanding of digital marketing services, including SEO, social media marketing, content marketing, and paid advertising.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organisational, coordination, and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Good problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and project management tools.
