Can you turn words into clicks, conversations, and conversions?

We’re looking for a writer who understands marketing. Someone who knows great content is more than well-written words: it reaches the right audience, builds credibility, improves online visibility, and helps the business grow.

Writing is the heart of this role. If you enjoy researching, experimenting with ideas, and seeing what your words can achieve, this one’s for you.

Please note: this is a writing-led role. Video, design, and ad management aren’t what we’re hiring for.

What You’ll Do

Content Strategy & Creation: Develop engaging website content, blogs, landing pages, case studies, and marketing materials aligned with business goals.
Social Media Marketing: Plan and create compelling content for LinkedIn and other relevant platforms to strengthen brand visibility and audience engagement.
SEO, AEO & GEO: Improve organic visibility through SEO, content optimisation, and AEO/GEO practices.
Lead Generation: Create content that addresses potential clients’ challenges, communicates our expertise, and supports business development.
Research & Insights: Identify industry trends, audience needs, and competitor strategies to uncover valuable content opportunities.
Performance Tracking: Monitor organic traffic, search visibility, social media engagement, and leads to continuously improve results.
Teamwork & Collaboration: Collaborate with design, development, and business teams to create effective, engaging, and impactful content.

What We’re Looking For

2–3 years of experience in content marketing or a related role.
Excellent writing, research, and communication skills. Strong writing is the core requirement.
A good understanding of content strategy, SEO, AEO/GEO, and social media marketing.
Experience creating content for websites, blogs, and social media, particularly LinkedIn.
An analytical mindset and the ability to use performance insights to improve results.
Creativity, initiative, and ownership from planning through execution.
Experience in B2B marketing, eCommerce, SaaS, or technology is a plus.
