Job DescriptionWe are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketer to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across digital platforms, generate quality leads, and drive measurable business growth.
Experience: 3–4 Years
Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads campaigns.
Manage lead generation and performance marketing campaigns.
Monitor campaign performance, budgets, CPL, CPA, and ROAS.
Analyze campaign data and prepare performance reports.
Conduct A/B testing for creatives, audiences, and landing pages.
Collaborate with creative and content teams to improve campaign performance.
Optimize campaigns to achieve client KPIs and business objectives.
Requirements
Experience in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
Strong analytical and data-driven mindset.
Good Knowledge of Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager.
Experience in lead generation and conversion optimization.
Good communication and reporting skills.
Experience working with international clients is an added advantage.
