Job Summary:
Airpay Financial Technologies is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support technology projects and production operations. The role involves coordinating with internal stakeholders across Technology, Operations, Sales, Product, and QA teams to ensure smooth project execution and timely resolution of production issues.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for tracking project activities, managing internal communications, coordinating production support efforts, assisting in website enhancement initiatives, conducting basic root cause analysis, and ensuring seamless collaboration between business and technical teams. Candidates with foundational technical knowledge and strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate with internal Technology, Operations, Sales, Product, and QA teams for project execution and issue resolution.
• Monitor and track production issues, ensuring timely communication and follow-up with relevant stakeholders.
• Facilitate communication between business users and technical teams to drive issue resolution and project progress.
• Assist in identifying, documenting, and tracking root cause analyses (RCA) for production incidents.
• Support internal website enhancement and revamp initiatives.
• Create and maintain project plans, status reports, trackers, and project documentation.
• Track project milestones, deliverables, risks, and dependencies.
• Ensure timely closure of assigned tasks and follow-ups with internal teams.
• Use project management tools to track project progress and resource coordination.
• Escalate project risks, blockers, and critical production issues appropriately.
• Maintain accurate records of project activities and support documentation.

Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in Project Coordination, Production Support or a similar role.
• Understanding of web applications, APIs, payment processing systems, and transaction flows.
• Hands-on experience with ticketing and incident management tools.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Microsoft Project, or similar platforms.
• Basic knowledge of HTML and website content management activities is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to coordinate effectively with technical teams, business stakeholders and internal users.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, track deliverables, and ensure timely project execution.
• Working knowledge of Agile methodologies and project lifecycle management is preferred.
