Key Responsibilities

Design and develop high-performance backend systems using Python
Build and maintain scalable APIs and microservices for AI-driven applications
Collaborate with AI teams to integrate machine learning and Generative AI models into production systems
Develop and implement agentic workflows and intelligent automation systems
Optimise applications for performance, scalability, and reliability
Contribute to system architecture, technical design, and engineering best practices
Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing systems to improve efficiency

Requirements

4–6 years of strong experience in Python development (Django, Flask, or FastAPI)
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Solid understanding of backend architecture, APIs, and system design principles
Hands-on experience with databases (SQL/NoSQL) and distributed systems
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
Experience working in cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure) is a plus
Ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment with a strong focus on innovation
Exposure to AI/ML systems, Generative AI, or LLM-based applications
Experience building or integrating agentic systems, RAG pipelines, or intelligent automation workflows
Experience deploying machine learning models into production environments
